We do not run a puppy mill. We are a family who love Yorkies and breed them as a hobby. My yorkies were hand-picked for unique coloration, size, face and body structure, therefore producing top coloration quality. I usually have 2-3 litters per year and can produce Traditional Yorkies, Parti Yorkies and Chocolate Parti Yorkies. Because I am a small-scale breeder, all dogs live in the home with me and are pets. My pups are healthy, well-adjusted and socialized. They are kept indoors, where they are handled and loved daily. When they are ready for their new loving home, they will have tails docked, dew claws removed, dewormed x4, vaccinated x2 and trained to a potty pad. Vaccine records and AKC registration papers will go home with your puppy. Puppies are ready to go to their new homes between 9-11 weeks, depending on how well they are eating dry kibble. I also offer a one-year health guarantee against heart and liver disease.

What is a Parti Yorkie
The demand for the Parti-Color Yorkie has increased over the years. A Parti-color yorkie is a purebred Yorkshire terrier with white color combined with black and tan. The classification for Parti Yorkies has been recognized by AKC since 2000. Parti Yorkie is any Yorkshire terrier with white color combined with black and tan. Genes determine the coat color of the Yorkie and the parti-color gene is recessive in the traditional Yorkie. In order to have a parti-color puppy in the litter both of the parents must carry the recessive parti gene. That is the only way a parti Yorkie can be born. The parti-colored Yorkie is not a Biewer Yorkie, which is a separate breed. The Biewer Yorkie is a breed originated from the Yorkshire Terrier but from another part of England and is not the same as the parti-colored Yorkie. The traditional yorkie that possesses the recessive parti-gene paired with a yorkie with the parti gene can produce a parti colored yorkie. Two parti colored yorkies will produce only parti-colored puppies.
The Yorkie Breed
Yorkshire Terriers are excellent outgoing and energetic companions. They are extremely intelligent, loyal and affectionate. Yorkies are well socialized and eager to please their owner. They are excellent watch dogs and can be overly protective. Yorkies are excellent for the home environment and anyone who has allergies. They have hair much like human hair, rather than fur, and therefore they do not shed. Yorkies are known for their beautiful silky coats.
